At Craft Hide Co., we want the journey from our workshop to your wardrobe to be clear and straightforward. Below is how we process, pack, and ship your order.

1. Shipping Cost

We believe in clear pricing with no unexpected shipping charges.


  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, where available.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For other eligible destinations, a flat $15 shipping fee per order applies. The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

We work to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time are processed from the next available business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move to the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Orders take up to 3 business days to inspect, quality-check, prepare, and pack.
  • Transit Time: After your order is shipped, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: The estimated total delivery time is 8–10 business days, including processing and transit.
  • Business Days: Our processing team operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, peak-season volume, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Partners & Tracking

We ship orders using established international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination and shipping requirements.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress.

4. Address Accuracy

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or a missed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

5. Customs Fees & Import Duties

For international orders, your local government may charge customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

These charges vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless specifically stated. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy

At Craft Hide Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet the return requirements below, please contact our support team so we can review your request and provide the appropriate next steps.

1. Return Period & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Period: You may contact us within 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
  • Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included where applicable.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.
  • Our team may request photos or videos of the item and the issue before approving a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Made Jackets: Custom or personalized jackets are generally not eligible for return or refund because they are made specifically according to the customer's requested specifications.
  • If a custom-made jacket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
  • Used, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise worn items may not be accepted for return.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange request, contact our support team through:

Do not send an item back until our support team has reviewed and approved your request and provided the appropriate return instructions.

4. Order Cancellation

We begin processing orders promptly, so cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed may be eligible for a full refund, provided the order has not already been shipped.
  • After 24 Hours: If an order is cancelled after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the customer may request a return according to the return conditions in this policy.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once a returned item is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange for an eligible item within the 30-day return period.
  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, an exchange may be requested provided the original item meets our return conditions.
  • If the replacement product has a different price, any applicable price difference will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item due to an error on our part, we will review the issue and, where confirmed, cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.
  • Customer Preference: If you are returning an item because of a size preference, change of mind, or another personal reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For exchanges requested for personal reasons, additional shipping costs may also apply to send the replacement item.

7. Return Locations

We accept returns through return facilities in Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

Customers should not send a return to an address without prior approval. Our support team will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions based on the order and original shipping location.

8. Inspection & Final Refund

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

If the item is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the item does not meet the return requirements, we will contact you regarding the available options.
